Anne and the staff at East West are IMHO the best veterinary practice in Australia... we moved away from the area but still do the 2 hour round trip just so we can see her & her team. Anne has this magical ability to put you and more importantly your pet at ease; her knowledge is extensive and the way she combines both Western and Eastern practices is a delight. Can I recommend her? Without a shadow of a doubt, if you love your dog as much as we do there really is no other option. Thankyou Anne and thanks to all the staff who are just as caring and helpful.

We recently had to euthanase our dear little dog Cuddles. This was only our 2nd visit to East West and the care and love they showed us and Cuddles throughout the process was just beautiful. We even had a window for Cuddles to look out to the garden as she passed away, could not praise Sara (the vet) and staff enough. Highly recommend them.

We have been taking our cats to East West Vets, and Ann Neville, for over 13 years, for the whole range of treatments, from de-sexing and vaccinating, to treating wounds, and sadly, euthanasing. Ann and her staff have always been helpful, professional and compassionate. They do not over treat or medicate, and will use natural therapies if appropriate. I will always take our pets to Est West Vets, and recommend it to anyone in the local area.

Our Great Dane, Mia, could not use her rear legs and Anne gave her acupuncture for a few months on a fortnightly basis and fixed her legs forever.

My cat was ill and they were able to see us quickly. They seemed to care and gave excellent advice. They have specialists on site to deal with specific problems as well as do acupuncture.

My dog has a serious liver disease and has been well cared for with a combination of alternative natural therapy.as well as the usual services.The attention has been excellent and exceptional.The dog is always happy to attend the surgery because of the care she receives.
