I always brought my baby here and the care was always so thorough and sincere.

All the vets are absolutely wonderful, genuinely caring, calm and it goes without saying, professional. The staff are also very kind and caring and everyone is very passionate about animals and delivering quality care.

They will treat your pet as you would treat it and I had full trust in all of the staff. Always gentle and genuinely caring.

Thank you Earlwood Animal Hospital, Peter, Todd, Michelle, Sandra, Sharon, Dianne and all the nurses.

This is the only place I take my dog to for vaccinations, regular check-ups, injuries etc. All the staff are caring and look after your pet as if it is their own. My dog had quite a few complications with ear problems, the Vet was patient enough to explain to me in detail what they would do, what is required of me and of my pet and put your mind at ease. Any medications that were given they were kind enough to print me out a 'what to do' list on how I go about administering the medications. They even gave me a follow-up call to ensure all was going well as it should. They are experts at what they do with a kind and caring nature, the prices are all reasonable.

I am thrilled to find my vets are already on here. My mum has been taking our cats here since before Todd and Peter took over the practice.

They are by far one of the all time best veterinary hospitals. The vets and the nurses are all so genuinely good - not just skilled but good, they don't just take care of your furry/feathered/scaly family members - they take of you as well.

We have had some traumas over the years; Vlad succumbed to feline AIDS, Lucy had an out-of-the-blue heart attack on the car ride over for a routine grooming appointment, Mandy beat cancer only to suffer a stroke 2 months later due to an early cold snap. And most recently our eldest, Penelope, the least regular visitor to our vets, passed away from liver failure, after being sick only twice before in her 14 years. (Liver failure can kill within 2-5 months of "something going wrong" get your older cats tested regularly, no matter how fit and strong they are.)

Throughout all of this the staff at Earlwood Animal Hospital have taken such good care of our family.

I recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to risk their pets safety with inexperienced newbies or arrogant surgeon types (I've had to deal with both at the Animal Referral Hospital, but tha's a story for another review.)

One issue to be aware of: Parking.
Their driveway can fit 3 cars comfortably, though there are usually 5 - with at least 2 being blocked. Street parking isn't viable as it's on a main road. The best option is to come from Homer Street and have someone drop you and the pet off, then the driver parks in one of the side-street's. Or if walking and traffic noise aren't a big problem just go straight to the side-street and cross at the red lights. It's a not a big walk (about 600m) but seems to take forever when you have a yowling, struggling animal with you.

This is the best vet I dont live anywhere near this vet but I wont take my little staffy Bonnie anywhere else. The vets are all amazing and compassionate and help educate me on being a better dog owner. Bonnie has had nothing but the best care from the vets and all the staff at Earlwood Animal hospital. All of my family's dogs now go to this vet also cant reccomend it more for anyones pets

I travel a fair way from home just to have my pets seen at this vet hospital. Peter is the vet I've seen the most and he is the most kind and compassionate man who never makes you feel rushed and is happy to answer any question (even my sillier ones!). Cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

The most caring and dediciated vet team I have ever come across.I highly reccommend them.Their "bedside"manner is remarkable and relaxes the client and the pet.

We have a big dog but no hassle to these guys. Very dedicated team who look after their clients and send out reminders about vaccinations and such. A bit disappointed their computers were down when we called last time and couldn't find our dogs name and details.

Approximate cost: $300

We have been taking our dogs here for approximately 6 years and can say that we have only had good experiences. The vet Todd is amazing and genuinely cares for the animals. If you want your pets to be in good hands then this is the place to take them.
