Ongoing problems with this franchise. Incompetent staff that consistently stuff up orders and you can end up waiting from 1 to 2 hours for your order. They give silly reasons for stuff ups & delays yet no one will take responsibility OR apologize. You complain & they still expect you to pay full amount when I have sat in their reception area for a good hour & a half!. We order from Domino's at Burpengary 'cause the service is way better even though they are further away. I have complained to Eagle boys Head office but they fob you off saying it is to do with the franchisee. Nothing comes of giving them feedback & no one ever calls back when you want to speak with manager. This business is a joke!
