I picked Eric and his team because of the reviews. In this case everyone else's reviews were spot on. Eric was easy to deal with, responded quickly to my queries and the booking was locked in. His crew turned up pretty much spot on time and were professional and well equipped. Everything was moved into the truck without fuss and the guys were careful to ensure I was happy with the work they were doing. At the other end, the un-pack of the truck went smoothly and without issues and my gear arrived safe and sound. Actual move time was close enough to Eric's estimate. I had a minor issue with an item being missed but Eric sorted the problem right away with no extra cost to me. That's customer service! Well done Eric and the team and thanks for making moving day a breeze. I would have no hesitation recommending E-Team Removals. If you want a stress-free high quality move, I'd definitely recommend Eric and his team. They were simply amazing! We've had bad experiences with our previous moves, but this experience was totally different – 6 angels came and did their magic to move our apartment. This time I was sceptical and prioritised researching and finding a good removalist and we had high expectations as we have delicate furniture that is with all white gloss, leather and glass that needs careful wrapping & packing. Communicating with Eric over the phone was transparent and easy from the start. His entire team was extremely professional, friendly, polite and courteous. It’s highly commendable on how Eric maintains such an amazing team culture. Each and every member of his team were fantastic. I would say they could be a six-sigma case study for their operational efficiency – they were extremely efficient, fast, well-coordinated and you needed to see to believe it. They even look after any small requests we may have, such as taking off their shoes in our new apartment, which was difficult but they happily obliged. They disassembled, shrink wrapped and put all protective measures, moved and assembled them back in pristine un-scratched condition with utmost care until we were happy. For all our future moves we will only go with Eric and we’ll recommend to all our friends and family.

Highly recommended! Eric and his team are fantastic. They managed a very complicated move from 3 locations far from one another to one central location. Logistically, everything was perfect. On top of this, his whole team was extremely respectful and careful with my furniture and my home. Service with a smile from these boys even though the move was rather complicated.
