Dinner at the dunes was ok.
Seafood paella was tasty but seafood not the freshest.
Battered flake was disappointing. Not much flake and lots of batter. Salad lovely. Heaps of chips but only ok.
Great location and ocean views.
Service efficient

I've been here once for lunch. It was average. Food was ok but it didn't have much atmosphere for a place that is in a lovely beachside town. I found it not bad but probably wouldn't rush to go back.

I went there for dinner and my aunty choked on a bone in her boneless chicken which was unfortunate but it was a very nice place with the ocean view

been here once and most likely wont be going back. the staff werent exactly nice and welcoming, and the food was pretty terrible. such a shame because given the location i would have been more than happy to go there regularly

me and my sister went here for what was expected to be a nice afternoon out. the food and service was terrible. neither of us enjoyed ourselves. for the price you pay the quality was really not good at all

reserved a table for five at noon, got there (with five minutes to kill) and not only was i ignored by staff and had to grab their attention but they gave away my table (which had my name on it) to two people! disappointed

A great place to have a meal or a function, the staff are friendly and attentive, the service is great and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. A great night out

Well couldnt get a much better spot along the surf coast in the main dining area at the dunes, as they have a great view across the beach towards barwon heads and back the other way to point lonsdale. While its a great spot the prices are fairly high and in summer its packed. To go for lunch on a summers day expect to wait. I have been for dinner a few times and most of the meals arent cheap but very good so guess it even itself out, and with the view its just gets a one thumb up for me.

the outlook makes this place. great to meet friends for coffee or drinks. met friends just for a drink at 5.30 and they didnt rush us out, tho it was a tues night. cakes all look delicious at around $7 a serve, downside when you go for a meal you have to use the outside loo which is also for beach goers, so often pretty sandy underfoot.

Approximate cost: $25
