Tenant rang on a Saturday morning to advise a water pipe had burst in the wall and their interior wall was damp. Dave took my call on the Saturday, said it could wait until Monday and gave some advice to limit damage in the interim. He was at the property first thing Monday morning and rang me early with the details. His over-the-phone estimate was accurate and he advised me what likely plasterboard repairs were required.
