I rang up for a quote as they claim to be cheap, the lady on the phone was so rude from the start but had the availability when no one else did. The older man that came out was friendly but just wanted to chat the whole time. The carpets had some stains which were able to be removed as quoted but they didnt come out to which one of the men told me its because the owner wouldn't buy better stain removal.
I ended up having to get someone else out to re-do the carpets and they can out perfect.
Very rude and unprofessional from word go.. I would never advise anyone to ever go through them
