Clinic is good, he is quite cold as mentioned previously. Felt he was also quite rude even when we agreed on his points. After agreeing I just wanted one point of clarification, he didn’t know so just rudely brushed the conversation to a close. No bedside manner, quite condescending, and very abrupt. Will go back, just not to him.

Told him I gave up drinking and smoking and it went down hill from there. Bedside manner is terrible. Had to beg for a referral that the hospital told me I needed from a gp, which is why I was there in the 1st place.

No personality to be a good dr best for walk ins. Will never go back to him. Cold attitude to kids especially when they are sick.

While my experiences at this clinic have generally been positive (relatively quick waiting time), I recently had a very negative experience at this clinic due to one doctor. I cannot name this person, but s/he was extremely unsupportive and judgemental of my medical issue, and left me in tears. I will not be back.

Dr Au has been my doctor for about three years now, I'd never go anywhere else. He's an incredibly knowledgeable and caring doctor, never leaving me wondering or simply dismissing like most doctors do. I've had various problems in the last few years, without Dr Au's help I wouldn't be where I am now.
