I needed some pine sleepers for a landscaping project and Bunnings actually quoted me a cheaper price. I go to Bunnings and could not find 12 undamaged, straight sleepers. They were bent, twisted and of very poor quality. I end up at Doyles who went to great lengths to pick out 12 perfect sleepers for about $2.00 more each. They load them into my ute, and tell me to ring with any problems. How is that for service?

I have bought timber from Doyles on several occasions, on one of which they spent an hour picking out the best lengths from which to cut the pieces I needed (all of which were of different lengths). I recently bought a chainsaw there and had a thorough explanation of how to use it and was told to ring them if I had any further queries at any time. All their staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
