I attended the Doylo, as it is locally known, with some friends who were dancing at a 1950s style prom there. I was surprised by the size of the club, with its cavernous function rooms, gaming lounges, and dining area. We shared some pizzas there, which were quite tasty. I was drinking Corona beer, which cost me about $7 a bottle. It was pouring rain outside, but inside, everyone was having fun.
We held a child's birthday party in the garden and the host organised all of the games, rewards, decorations, and main party food. We only took the cake and additional party munchies. A wonderful afternoon was had by all, especially the parents!!
Approximate cost: $8-
I use to love coming here because of the outside area, with it's pool tables and once upon a time juke box. What happened to the juke box! I enjoyed playing a couple of games of pool with some music in the background but now you can't do that. Oh well, have to make up your own music and start singing yourself.
It was a good family club, nothing exceptional. The outdoor area for the smokers is a plus. The drinks are quite expensive but the entertainment is good.
Approximate cost: $16.00
The dining isn't that great but the entertainment is the best on the coast. They have a large auditorium that has great accoustics. They have a lot of tribute bands and it's free for members and only $5-10 for guests
