“Utter Disappointment” is how I’ll define my experience with this restaurant and menulog. The food arrived late and cold and when I received it, I was unsure at first and consumed it. Once consumed and smelled it again, I could confirm the food was stale and not apt for consumption. I immediately contacted menulog regarding this and I was asked to contact the restaurant instead. The restaurant asked me to contact them the next day as their manager was unavailable. Upon ringing the restaurant next day, they claimed their manager wasn’t available and noted down my details in vain. After hours of waiting, I contacted menulog again and was again asked to contact the restaurant at night. This time they claimed that they issued a refund from their side and menulog should deal with my issue. Upon contacting menulog regarding this, they forwarded this issue to a different team and was asked to wait for the feedback. After two days I received the feedback that the restaurant declined the refund and menulog cannot do anything in this regard. The food that I ordered was a family pack biryani and it is not cheap at all. I had to dump it into the waste bin and the lil portion that I had gave me stomach burns the same night.
