Many people dont like this place but i actually found this place to be great staff were friendly the cars here are actually really good and the service was good although i didnt buy a car i had to get a car part i dont know why people give this a bad rating

Staff were fantastic until they made the sale. After that they backtracked on what they had promised, failed to return phone calls and were rude. We've had ongoing issues with the vehicle, [Redacted name] the salesman won't take my call and [Redacted name] in service is rude and disrespectful. Don't go to this dealership.

The service area for Doncaster Holden has consistently been a BAD experience.
It's a given that a car will have problems regardless of who's fault it is, but my issue is with the blatant lying that i have received from them every time an issue does arise. The best one was when i was told the Factory wheels that were on the car are after market - they weren't and when i asked them to step in the showroom to see the same car with the same wheels, it was right there in front of them.

Doncaster Holden refused to replace my brake pads to 'non' Holden parts even though they had changed the composition of their brake pads which were overheating and warping the discs and causing a horrendous noise everytime I used my breaks
