The food (big breakfast) was great at the value was pretty damn good, unfortunately the service was below par. We waited over an hour - and went up to the counter twice to check - before getting our breakfast. What was even more frustrating was seeing people that got there well after us getting their meals first. So great food, good value, awful service - hopefully that was a once off though as I would go back

I like to go there and get the carrot cake its the best and the hot chocolates are really good aswell
Its always pretty packed but considering you don't have to usually have to wait that long for your order
