One of the Yarra Valleys best. The winery itself is beautiful with wine tasting the centre focus of visits with a lovely large rounded bar. The cafe is just as nice featuring simple but well presented meals and tapas. The summer periods are wonderful sitting outside.

Absolutely adored my visit to this winery. I attended with a girlfriend and our two young children. We were seated outside as requested where the children happily played on the grass. The staff even supplied us with sunscreen as it was so awfully hot. The meals were very reasonable for a winery of it's standard and the staff professional. The kiddy sandwich platter was probably a bit odd for kids and I'd recommend a re-think there. Other than that, beautiful food, beautiful location and atmosphere and great prices. Most importantly, great wine! An absolute must to visit.

Approximate cost: $25

Domaine Chandon offers free tours 3 times a day which go for around 15 minutes. I took my relatives from overseas here a few weeks ago and they loved it. They also offer tastings of their bubblies for $5 and have really tasty relish and flavoured vinegars as well/ There is beautiful scenery from their green room of a vineyard and lake.

I agree with the reviewer below, this is where you must take visitors. A nice drive from Melbourne, look through the champagne production area, then visit the cafe to look at the beautiful view of vines and valley as you sit ( outside or in) and eat yummy food ( we like the tasting platter as you try the different champagnes). A great Victorian experience, plus other wineries nearby.

This is one of my favourite places to take overseas or interstate visitors. Exquisite views, fabulous food and wines to die for. Love it!!! Almost afraid to post this in case too many people start to go there.

This is a fantastic cafe set in the Domain Chandon winery. The food is a bit pricey but absolutely fantsstic and the view is to die for !!! We shared an Antipasto plate and some cheese; both were just divine. The staff wer lovely. Somewhere to go for either a special occasion or just a coffee and cake !!!
