Recently a rep from DC&B visited my unit to quote for installing an awning. Due to the location of my unit & the lack of a strong support for the awning, I was advised against having an awning installed. While at my unit the rep repaired the chain on one of the holland blinds, at no cost.
I feel the rep was honest & helpful.

We fitted out our whole house with blinds from this place. They were terrific to deal with and their quality is great too. I had a problem with one of our blinds being too heavy for the cord used to put the blinds up and down (technical I know!). But one call to Dollar Curtains and they were out asap, new heavy duty piece fitted to our blinds - no charge, no fuss.
