I love the food here as it is of the highest quality of food, however I am always disappointed by the service. The staff always seem rushed and occassionally can come across rude.
When getting take away, I stick to the delicious gelato and I now generally prefer to eat elsewhere just for the service. Food is good though.

Best Italian food in Sydney, I really love going to this restaurant. Pick anything off the menu and its going to taste amazing. The restaurant is always full and busy which is testament to how good it is. The service is not good, but I think this could be improved easily by putting more waiters on on the busy nights. The food makes up for the service, and it hasn't stopped me from coming here often for food.

now this an italian experience if you like gelato this is the place so much variety,its a place to go at night after hrs for coffee and cake or gelato.a great place for families

I love being at Dolcissimo. A great late night gelato (incredible!) or a lazy Sunday breakfast are my picks. Definitely check this out if you're in the neighbourhood.

The food is really tasty and the restaurant environment is very family-friendly. The food was a bit pricey but i guess thats how authentic italian food is.

Have been here a number of times with friends. Lovely atmosphere and always on weekends. Food was nice. Definitely a must after busy working weekdays.

The food here is great but I would say it is lacking in the delivery of friendly customer service, although it is improving..... It is always busy and always open for coffee, gelato, pizza. The seafood pizza is exceptional and what we go there for!

Gelatos are the best I've ever tasted in Sydney. But the pastas and risottos are too soft and a bit watery. They're ok, but I can do better at home. Everyone is very friendly, so we enjoyed our time, but they are too quick to clear the table. Twice they took away food before we finished- and they never ask before hand. Just tell them to lay off the dishes until you are completely finished.

POSITIVE: Their cakes, coffees and gelato are very delicious! My hawaiian pizza I ordered also came out efficiently and taste superb
NEGATIVE: Staff are not too enthusiastic and they don't do half and half pizzas.
