I recently went to dosh du jour for a cooking class and aI ahd the best time. The chef Sebastien is welcoming and so good at what he does. My frinds and I all agreed that he should be on tv, he is hilarious! Sebastien made us feel very comfortable and gave us some great tips. The actual location is stunning with a chic bohemian feel to it. If you want to learn french cooking in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, I would definitely recommend Dish Du Jour.

Had a fabulous time at Dish Dujour cooking school where Sebastian (very french) taught us french culinary skills and we made double baked cheese souffle, eye fillet with mushrooms and a potato gratin and finished off with chocolate tart. Arrived to a glass of chilled champagne and had a great day. Finished off by sitting down with the other 14 students on a long wooden table to eat our way through our works.

Approximate cost: $160
