We had a minor problem with our Dometic 3-way refrigerator in our caravan (we are travelling full time). The fridge was still working ok but some of the lights were not functioning and it was still under warranty. A couple of Dometic Service Centres in the area but after having trouble with one I got on to Dicksons who were fantastic to deal with and had it fixed as soon as possible having regard for the Covid 19 issues and associated supply problems. Special mention to Hayden, Beryl and Dillon who were all great.

We used Dicksons Refrigeration several ago to replace a small fan motor on our cool-room. I thought the work was very expensive for such a small motor and such an easy job. The fan motor burnt out again recently and I called Dicksons again to replace it. After a week of no show I called and asked when they would fix the fan, and was told that the fan was not in stock and they would call me when it arrived. Another week later I called again and was rudely told that they would call when it arrived!!

I decided to call the local refrigeration wholesaler ACTROL myself and they had the exact same motor in stock and they happily sold me the motor at a fraction of Dicksons charge. I could have had the cool-room fixed on the same day if I had used another company, luckily ACTOL also recommended some reliable refrigeration service company's for next time.
