Am not too happy with my dealing with this store. I have shopped at many Dick Smith stores over the years and this one stands out the most for disappointment in all areas. The last time I shopped there staff member was dishonest, so we soon found out. One of three disappointing experiences there.

I stopped there a few times and I didn't have the best experience with the service. The product selection and display also could be improved. All-in-all this wouldn't be my first stop if shopping for electronics.

I have been very disappointed by the lack of service. I am a female on my own & the majority of the staff ignore me. If a couple come in they get service.. This is not particular to Dick Smith. It is far worse in Harvey Norman. I will go back because it is handy.

Purchased a new mobile staff member had great product knowledge and spent the time explaining each product. I was impressed that the sales person actually took an interest and was very pleasent

Well stocked store and staff provide some friendly help however there is room for improvement. Management need to ensure customer advise is given when required.
