I went to Dr Alex Ong for cleaning. He was very helpful and answers all my queries. He was also very thorough in cleaning my teeth. I will highly recommend Dr Ong!

Went to the dentist today morning, it was great service and Dr Tim Maxwell was so gentle and nice .

Dr Alex Ong was excellent and his nurse Jess. I have a dentist phobia, due to very poor experiences when I was a child. They were both so reassuring, caring and I would highly recommend Dr Ong to my family and friends. The receptionists were amazing, making me feel comfortable and understanding of my high anxiety.

She is absolutely amazing at her job and has the ability to explain everything so well, it clearly shows she’s awesome at her job and she loves it! Absolutely FANTASTIC service! Easy to book for a day and time that suited me. Top class facility with the latest technology. Dr Yousr is the best Dentist I have ever been to, extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. She was gentle but did a thorough clean and check. We made a plan and I will definitely be back to see Dr Yousr and the team. 5 star service with a smile A+++

All the staff were friendly, informative and helpful. The dentist advised what he was looking for, and went through the process to then identify the source of my discomfort. I was given a treatment plan and advised to follow up shortly. Everything was clearly explained to me and I felt comfortable with the outcome.

Yeshani was so welcoming and made me feel relaxed and comfortable being I hadn’t been to the dentist for 6years and my past experiences weren’t great. We had a nice general chat and a bit of a laugh together before getting into my checkup. I will definitely be back in the future & wont be leaving it so long next time!

Very happy with the service that was provided. Used this practice as it was open on a public holiday and my current dentist was shut. Was a little concerned in the beginning givin the fact I have had a lot of work done in the past and they had no records to go off to help fix the current issue. But after a thorough examination it was clearly explained what needed to be done and was sorted out. Very friendly and comfortable environment. Highly recommended.
