One star is a better rating than is deserved here.. PETER turned up early and didn't bother to call before leaving, even when he was messaged at the agreed time. When my partner said she would take this up with his boss he commented "Go ahead, I'm shaking" He was wrude and raised his voice to us when questioned about why he had left a job before the agreed meeting time, and without communicating before doing so. DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY. THEIR STAFF ARE RUDE AND LACK BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! i explained my requirements on the phone and made a booking. They rang during the time slot and had to reschedule due to "car troubles". i now assume based on another review I found since that they just overbook and reschedule. When they did come another day he told me i needed to bring all the carpets/rugs into the one downstairs room as condition of him cleaning them. Because "the machine was heavy" ! This had never been mentioned before and hey isnt that your job? Well guess what, my rugs are heavy too so I told him no and so he left.
