I always enjoy shopping at David Jones. Especially during the Christmas sale. I bought over $1000 cloth which would have cost over $2000 easily because of sale items. Love David Jones!

Great department store with quality products and clothing. I come here to look at bags and purchasing beauty items and fragrances. One drawback was my last purchase took me 15 minutes to pay for the item because registers were empty. in saying this the girl who served me was apologetic and friendly and helped me exchange the item the following day. Great

Went to Clinique counter on Monday waitied 15 mins to be served as only one person was working when i was finally served there was 3 other women were hovering over the assistant to be served i felt very rushed & not assisted at all when i did decide what i wanted they did not have it in stock anyways. They do not have enough staff on to cope with the christmas rush. So i left went to Myer Sydney George St, got exactally what i wanted served straight way with a lovley assistant ready to help.

This place sells great quality items at prices that could probably be improved. They have a decent range of high end brands, selling mostly their signature products. The concession stores aren't always the cheapest. For example Mimco might have certain products on sale which won't be the case at David Jones. Generally the staff are okay I haven't had any issues. Overall very nice displays, a nice atmosphere and great quality products.

I love everything about this David Jones I can get all I need in one shop from food to clothes to homewhere , Cosmetics department Is fantastic .

With the extra helpnfrom staff nearly always on sale and if need be very accommodating in exchanges or refunds . I have shopped at David Jones for years now and still love third food fall for those special times !

I was so happy with the luxury service i received. I remember coming here with my nanna when i was little and not much has changed in the way of great service. And at christmas time make sure you see the windows. I have a lifetime of memories from this store. Thanks DJ's
