It's a greAt shop...i usually buy perfumes n cosmetics from here.last month i bought a bag and is really nice.Everytime i carry that bag,my friends ask me where did i buy it from?During sale it's even cheaper to buy some products....

Service in most areas good considering how few staff there are, but in women's clothing it can be woeful. V.helpful while encouraging you to buy something but its all downhill from there, esp. if you're returning an item - "I TOLD you it was horrible". I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I'm going back to online shopping! DJs really needs to invest in some customer service training.

I just went today because there's a special all day sale at David Jones. However even with 20% off tv's, and other great sales, it still can not make up for the lack of service. You'd think that a department store that sells great brands such Saba, French Connection, and Witchery would have dedicated staff. This David Jones in particular isn't one of the bigger ones so there isn't too much stock, and it gets even worse when you can't find anyone to serve you. I think they really need to improve on their customer service.

there is always enough staff but the problem is that those staff do nothing sometimes . apart from this good products good prices
