I was buying shoes for my daughter recently and would not normally venture into DJ's for that, but was pleasantly suprised by the range and sales they had. The assistant was so lovely and helpful with my 3 year old, and even my baby who had been taken out of the pram to crall about, was smiled at, and really nice too. The helpful assistant spend a good 45min with us finding what we could to fit my child during the week. Will be stopping at DJs first next time!

I received some excellent service from a concession staff member in David Jones recently. My partner was after a pair of shoes, and they did not have his size. We wanted to buy them at David Jones because we had a gift voucher. The staff offered to walk down to their rundle mall store and bring the correct size down. We thought that was very nice of her to go out of her way for us.

Called them to find out what wedding guest registers they had. Immediately got put through to the Stationery department and was greeted by a lovely friendly lady. I told her what I wanted and she went and came back with everything they had and described it to me over the phone. Lovely, polite and very helpful. A very positive experience.

The products are alright and sometimes at a reasonable price, but I feel that the staff are not friendly unless they think you'll spend lots. My friend said that if their noses were any further in the air they would be in outer space. Yes, that's how it feels. I was very disappointed that they were no longer carrying Earth Shoes, that's mainly what I went in there for. It's a bit mysterious because when I used to go to the Sydney store, they were always super friendly.

This business is an SA icon in Rundle Mall. A good place to shop if you have the money especially clothing. The brands are good and you will not bump into another person wearing the same identical. if you do then you know its from the same store. The staff hmm, where are they.

One of my favorite places to shop and browse. My grandmother used to take me here when I was a little girl and would treat me to a ham sandwich and pineapple juice for lunch mmm.... great memories for me. It has changed in appearance a lot since then, however I find the same great service.

great quality and customer service. some products were a little overpriced but i guess standard for a boutique store. display was also very appealing and the baby change rooms were big and a great comfort

David Jones do have the best brand available and actually are not over priced at all. They will price match aswell which is a bonus especially if you have their DJ Amex card because you get 2 points per dollar which builds up gift cards to use quickly!

great fun of the store, provides excellent customer service, great shopping environment and quality range of clothing for people of all ages highly recommended!
