Only one complaint they advertise clothes at a price then add on gst at checkout so that increases the cost of the item ,this is Australia the gst should be already included.

They do a great job with advertising and the service is exceptionally good. However while the service side is good, the clothes very sadly mostly disappoint. Many of my purchases their have been poor quality; the sizing varies enormously for clothes that should be the same size and they are expensive especially given the quality. It's disappointing because the concept of the shop is a great one, the staff are friendly and having the mail order is good also.
