There are several East African restaurants in Brisbane, but only one Sudanese restaurant. This place does food from both Sudan and South Sudan.
Their signature dish is Sudanese style fried fish, but other dishes include Broad Bean Stew and Zighni (a Sudanese Curry).
They have also decorated the restaurant with a traditional Sudanese oven, though they cook in a modern over.
