Be very careful with this one.
Used a Groupon voucher - turns out it was misleading and I reported Groupon and Curly Top to the ACCC. The hairdresser tried to use smooth talking to change what was printed on the coupon. I would have walked out but they took my voucher straight away. As for the 'threading', it was non-existent, did not even offer it.

Doesn't deter them though, because they are constantly advertised on the Groupon website.

As for customer service is lacking, aggressive and rude.
As for ability, colour and cut were abysmal.
Save your dollars and go to a proper salon.

This business trades on their address, not their hairdressing ability. I went with a voucher, which seems the only thing that keeps them trading. The stylist wasn't keen on my very short hair, but she did a mediocre job with the cut. All through the service, however, she spoke with her off-sider in a language other than English. She didn't engage me at all. And I will not go back. Simple.
