I don't really know too much about electricians, but I was pretty pleased with the work Jay did. He replaced my halogen down lights with new energy efficient LED lights. The halogen ones were always blowing which was a bit of a pain. It all worked out cheaper than I expected and he was a nice lad who cleaned up after himself.
