Wow this place gets packed. I met friends here once for dinner and it was overly packed. There were so many people crammed into the restaurant it was uncomfortable. I understand they put as many tables as possible to make the most profit, but it was just crazy. Once seated at our table we could hardly move to get in and out. Food was ok, but not the greatest. Staff were ok but way to busy to give good customer service.

We went to Cucina's for dinner for my husbands 30th Birthday a few weeks back. I rung and booked it about a week in advance & told them we have a large pram that we would need to put right near our table as we have a young baby as well as 6 adults. When we got there the restaurant as fully packed. It was even ridiculous the amount of people that they had squeezed in. We were just about sitting in the middle of the restaurant, which was even more ridiculous as we had a large pram that we needed to get in as I had explained on the phone. It was crazy!! I asked the waitress how I could get my pram through, to which she replied just follow me. She took me around the back, where my husband had to carry our pram up about 5 stairs, then she moved one of those big heaters & got 2 separate tables to move so that we could get our pram past to get to our table. It was absolutely embarrassing to say the least. The food was quite nice, nothing special though, and the prices were the same.
I don't think I would go back if I had to take the pram with me, as they are definitely not suited for this space wise....I just wish they told me that when I rung up.
