I've been going to creative cuts for 7 years!!! They are amazing. They always do my hair perfect and the way i want it. The new salon looks fantastic and every one is always smiling and laughing, they make you feel really welcome. I would recommend them any day of the week to anyone! :)

i just had some foils put in my hair today and my root are yellow blonde and my ends are a brassy colour and i look like i have a eight weeks regrowth, i told them i was not happy, so they did it again and it still looks the same and now my ends are snapping off, worst hair colour ever, soooo not happy.

I took in a LARGE picture of myself with the hairstyle i wanted. I said more then ONCE that I didn't want one defined layer. They said they wouldn't do that, and that they'd give me wispy layers. Over a THIRD of my hair is now ONE defined layer. It's several inches shorter then I said I wanted. They didn't go over it to see that everything was even and when I got home I noticed a big bit of hair that was over an inch longer then everything else. Do not go here.
