Damian from Crane Funerals helped me and my family bury our mother a few weeks ago.
Damian's care and understanding for everything was evident in his gentle manner from our first meeting.
Nothing was any trouble for him and he kept in touch regularly during the preparations for the funeral.
Everything happened smoothly on the day and things went as well as anyone would want them to.

Crane Funerals recently arranged a beautiful funeral service for the patriach of our family in our Catholic Church. Damian was recommended to us by friends, and we are glad we took their advice. Damian looked after everything just as we wished. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything that was promised was delivered. Dad looked lovely for our private family viewing that we arranged the weekend before his funeral. All the staff from Crane who helped us on the day of funeral were lovely, and very helpful. I highly recommend this business, my husband passed away and Damian Meehan made everything so much easier for my family and myself, he is so understanding and caring, nothing was too much trouble even when we kept changing our minds, my husbands funeral was perfect, he really understood everything we wanted, he could not have done more for us or been more caring.

At the start of this year we lost my dad, we made a few phone calls and once we called Damien we knew he was the one, That first call to him he was so helpful and he was so caring and that was the type of person we wanted. Damien visited my sister and I at my home and went through all of our requirements for the funeral. He answered all of our questions and advised us on things we were unsure about. He allowed us to take our time and never once placed any sales pressure on us. After including all of our requirements he explained the extremely reasonable quote to us which we were very happy with. Damien organised a wonderful celebrant, who in turn visited us and was fantastic throughout the process. The day of the funeral was a fantastic celebration of Dads life, everything went as smooth as it could have. Once again, Damien and his assistants were wonderful, and delivered a flawless reception for Dad, all the family, and guests. Everyone commented on what a wonderful funeral it was. Thanks to Damien and all involved, I was able to give my father a funeral he deserved (and would have loved).

Damian helped my friends family after her sad and sudden death. Her mother and father travelled from China for funeral that Damian prepared for us. He did what 2 other companies didn't seem very interested in doing. He rushed the Service through for us, and organised it just as we wanted, very simple funeral with family and a few close friends. After the funeral he actually even dropped some dumplings around to my house so my friends parents would have familiar food (his wife is Chinese and makes great dumplings). His wife also interpreted the funeral invoices and other paper works for us so Si's family could have records. Damian was great help with looking after all things as we wanted.
