I had excellent customer service experience from this store. They have quality hand-made teddy bears and was having a hard time choosing the best ones. The staff are helpful enough to give us information which one is best and they offer layby's, too. Which is for me is great when you are saving to get toys for your kids for Christmas or their birthday. Keep it up guys, will be back to your store before Christmas.
Bought two hand-made teddy bears for my twinnies' birthday last year from this store. Really good quality items at reasonable price. Good customer service..

What was the pricing like?
Their prices are reasonable depending on the quality of the teddy bears. If it is hand-made and made to last long, expect it to be a little bit expensive. But, for ordinary ones, they have cheaper prices. You can check it yourself, they are friendly there.
