Coowee Pool Renovations did a wonderful job of resurfacing our pool and it looks great. From making the first enquiry to proceeding with the work we found them to be very helpful and they communicate and explain the process very well. Quote seemed very realistic unlike others we'd had. From the announced date, Dave and co showed up punctually, explained each stage of the resurfacing process, cleaned up after themselves every day and wasted no time. Today the work was complete dand the pool is now filling. Delighted with the colour , the speed and very affable people to deal with, especially Dave and Steve.. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with the quality of service and product. The communication was very helpful, despite having our pool started just before the Melbourne lockdown due to Covid. Both Dave and Steve were highly professional and honest, and ensured that the pool was able to be completed in line with government regulations.
Our pool looks brand new, and we are very pleased with the result.

We have just had a complete renovation of our inground pool by CooWee Pool Renovations. Steve & Dave, with Glenn, managed our reno from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the end result. Coowee Pool Renovations
After gaining 3 different quotes to renovate our 1960's in ground tiled and rendered pool, we choose Coowee Pool renovations, they were not the cheapest or most expensive but Steve and Dave came out and spoke to my wife and I and explained the scope of works, outlining the 3 phases to use in detail, they also explained an X factor with pool renovations which is the unseen work that may pop up once works are in progress. We were shown the interior finishes, waterline tile options and top coping options, They were very polite, informative and well we got that gut feeling that Coowee Pool Renovations will be doing our pool, A condition of securing them was that we spoke to others that had their pools renovated by Coowee and or visit them to ask questions and inspect the work first hand, this had confirmed we made the right choice.
Dave and Brett deconstructed the pool coping and wall tiles, they removed all waste as they finished each day.
Glen the stonemason arrived and started to renew the waterline and coping travertine tiles these are hand cut to the shape of the pool (kidney) Glen's work is amazing to say the least.
Then Bang the hidden X factor arise from the depths.
Our pool was a Grollo pool that a previous house owner had filled the pool in from the original 3.6m depth to a 1.8m current depth. The cracks in the bottom of the pool were filled will kilometres of silastic. Steve, Dave, Glen and I discussed the extra scope of works, the pool was filled with crushed rock, mesh and concreted over which had cracked due to the weight of the water and doggie work. Steve was transparent with additional costs to fix the pool correctly and was at the actual cost of the additional works (no added profit margin) Coowee boys lead by Dave, hand cut up, shovelled and carry almost 20 square metre of rubble to the bins in the front yard. Coowee were committed to giving us the pool we desired. They simply were amazing and worked very hard to prepare the pool for us.
OMG the pool was now prepared for the interior to be done, it was so deep. Matt and Brett arrived and applied the interior finish to the pool light blue with a deep blue speckle and silver sparke finish.
Pools filled with water and the process of bringing the pool up the correct PH is underway.
My wife and I can not believe the new pool we now have, Coowee Pool Renovations are the number 1 for professionalism, and no matter what obstacle if any they see the job though to the end. Thank you Steve, Lisa, Glen and Dave for giving us exactly what we wanted and the pool is back to original Grollo depth of 3.6m. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!
