Great communications before any work started. Able to see other work. The finished product is beautiful and has really changed the outlook of our pool. There has been plenty of follow up. We have done some follow on work. There were no ridiculous surprises. All of the people on site were great to deal with and Steve is professional, open and honest.

Steve and his team did a fantastic job. On time, clear and accurate forecasts of work required and completed and nothing was too much trouble. Finished product of new pebble interior was way ahead of our expectations. Steve's honesty and thoroughness was very refreshing. He gave outstanding service.

After using CooWee pools some 3 years ago to do a full renovation of our pool, l can only fully endorse the comments below, last weekend I noticed 4 small tiles had come loose within the skimmer box, l rang Steve asking what should l do, he had no hesitation in coming around and rectifying the loose tiles within 48 hrs, his product knowledge, the service and even years after a job was done, his follow up to a old client is first rate, clearly CooWee pools is the leader in the pool renovation industry.

Full Renovation of our Concrete pool , everything Steve told us would happen, did happen.
All the guys that came were great, polite and very good at what they do from the removal of old copping and old tiles to the completed job, we could not have asked for more.
