Contours at Mortdale is a great little gym. Great value for money and your in and out in about 40 minutes max. They have great motivational programs as well. Much better than the usual gyms and the staff there are friendly and helpful.

Contours Mortdale is a friendly, unpretentious, female-only gym. It is quite small, but with their "29 minute" circuit based workout, there is enough time and equipment at any time for a workout. You alternate between cardio and resistance and keep moving the whole time. The gym hours are somewhat limited, but if you're looking for a local, convenient place to get into a regular workout regime, Contours could be for you.
