No they were late broken items I Would not use again

Worst relocation company ever. It took 3 month and 7 days for our shipments to arrive from Bangkok to Sydney. No response ever regardless if we call them, leave a message, or send them an email. Guitar damaged while inside the case (guitar case however was not damaged). Watches with its band cleanly cut off. Toy B.B. gun was opened and then loaded with a packet of B.B. bullets in it and obviously played with (I was not happy when my toddler touched the new toy gun and B.B. bullets came shooting out of it!)...

I can just imagine the staff sitting in the warehouse opening, playing, and damaging my stuff having a laugh while I’m desperately trying to contact them to get my household items and baby clothes to me ASAP. Thank to them my baby has grown out of half of the shipments moved over when they finally arrived.

And they are not cheap!

Lucky they get one star. Total mistreatment of clients possessions. Unprofessional and unqualified staff sent to do our packing. Damaged items before even loading into truck and won’t accept responsibility. Insurance covered half the items to replace but still trying to get ooven replaced instead of repaired from staff rolling through entire house instead of carrying or using trolley.

This firm was engaged by the USA shipping company to handle our move in Melbourne. The USA company was tops and it is a real pity they chose Conroy.
The container was on the wharf after arrival for 26 days and no amount of chasing by me in Victoria or the USA company could achieve any thing. [redacted inflammatory comment] To progress following quarantine inspection another week before delivery. Then an attempt to gouge extra costs. My goods are being delivered from the warehouse to my home tomorrow so will see the final outcome as to how the goods have been handled. There is absolutely no way I would allow Conroy to handle my goods at any time.

Well what can I say, moving really sucks big time, BUT, these guys were perfect, they fitted around my tight schedule, we did get a few makrs on wooden furniture, but if I moved it myself, there would have been lots more, 3 hours to pack a 4 bedroom house, including the shed contents & approx 2 hours to remove, all I can say is thank you very much for making a stress full time, so easy

I really dislike not giving positive reviews but my recent experience with this removal company leaves me not wanting to recommend them. They were available at short notice to move my furniture from one location to another. They arrived on time and unfortunately the weather was raining on the day. The boys were pleasant and moved at a reasonable pace. I dont know if it was because of the weather or what but due care or sensibility was not giving to my furniture or packed boxes. At one stage i was just about to say something about a trolley load looking unstable but before i could say something the boxes fell to the ground bursting open and spilling my childrens toys all over the driveway. I had to check several times after hearing loud crashing noises. After payment and as i was setting up my new house i discovered lots of damage to furniture including tears to leather dining chairs and drawers busted at the bottom. Boxes marked clearly with 'fragile' had heavy boxes stacked on top of them and many boxes were crushed. I tried to express my unhappiness to the management and was promised a phone call back but never heard anything back. I was very disappointed and have been left with broken damaged furniture.

They arrived on time to give a quote, they guy was very professional and friendly. When they came to pick up the furniture the guys were also polite and they took great care with handling the furniture.

The furniture van turned up on time with 3 men ready to do the job at hand. All men worked very hard and sometimes even ran, as they got the furniture from house to truck and back to new house. All care was taken with the handling of the furniture and no time was wasted whatever. I would use them again and would certainly recommend them to others.
