Having been a Commonwealth Bank customer all my life, I have nothing to say about this bank. Its my local bank, so I need to use this bank for our banking, its easy to get to as i walk there most times.
Being my local bank and living in the area for many years
have never had great service here, the lack of care and friendliness is much desired. I walk in and walk out without a gesture from staff.
Its really disappointing, it needs much improvement here.

Hi Socialbutterfly, impersonal and disconnected customer service appears to be a regular occurrence at this branch. Given that it doesn’t cost a business any additional funds to employ staff who are capable of smiling and being conversant with consumers, this type of service is inexcusable.
