I am so happy to get all the help I can with my shoes and the staff are doing a good job.

For someone in need of proper orthopaedic footwear this is a wonderful store. Not massive in the variety stakes but I am always able to walk out with an appropriate shoe or at least have one ordered. Just glad to be able to get quality footwear for a disability. Some medical funds are covered but at the end of the day I'm pleased to pay to get shoes that I can walk in and would happily pay any price. The Health Fund is not that relevant. Being able to walk is.

Approximate cost: $300

Beware . Shoes are good. But the fitter is not registered with Bupa, so I could not claim & therefore am out of pocket about $1000. Would not use again. They said there was a 70% refund from the health insurers initially so I went ahead & ordered. They issued a receipt that lacked all the info Bupa needed.

Approximate cost: $1500

They specialise in orthopaedic and comfort footwear and I've bought a few pairs of shoes and an ankle boot from them which are comfortable. The prices are expensive as they are imported shoes but their service is good.

Approximate cost: $250 - $300
