I walked into the shop and stood at the counter for a good five minutes in front of two female store attendants who were talking to a male customer in regard to social matters. The girls looked at me several times and in the end I walked out and have not been back there to shop.

Have purchased a number of shirts here and have found them to shrink when washed. I also find that the sales assistants can be pushy. Also you get a different response depending on how you are dressed at the time. I feel that some of their staff are too judge-mental of appearance and may lose sales due to this fact.

I bought a jacket here that had a fault. This went un-noticed for over a month until I wanted to wear the jacket. I took the jacket back to the store expecting a refund or store credit as the jackets were no longer in stock at the store. The friendly staff at Colorado impressed me by going the extra mile in sourcing a replacement garment from out of the area all within a few days! I very much appreciate the wonderful service I recieved here.
