I shop here constantly the ladies and gentlemen that work there are corteous and helpful. The shop is extremely clean and shopping aisle well done. They have a good variety of products the items are a little bit more expensive than those of rivals woolworths. But you are paying for a high standard of fresh fruit and vegetables and variety of different products.

I do my shopping and if I need any help they are very friendly and quite helpful. The ladies at the deli always greet me with a smile. I find coles cheaper when doing my weekly grocery shopping

I sometimes find customer staff to be abrupt and rude when serving customers at checkouts. Additionallysome of their stock runs out very quickly during the day making it hard for shoppers to purchase an item they required/needed.

Purchased some deodorant and a phone recharge. There was a few staff working on the check outs ... but, more interested in talking to each other about the weekend than serving customers. No issues with purchases unlike some other occasions. This store also has often issues with the freezers - so be warned.
