Im a regular shopper I'm always happy with the service but just recently one of the staff lied to me when she said she needs to read lips as she is hearing impaired.If this is true she wasn't wearing hearing aids and we spoke to other workers and they said she is not deaf.I think it was a rude thing for her to do.I won't mention her name or my own but I don't think I need to word gets around anyway.

staff very nice and friendly, needs a good make over, i know they are doing some things ,lots of wasted space between the meat and deli

whilst on vacation i needed a torch desperatley, staff where friendly and helpful and torch was very cheap

I dont usually shop at coles but i do for some things that woolies do not have. this particular store is old and it feels it too. but the food is usually good produce. Prices are competitive and i will buy some specails here.
