I have had many poor experiences at this supermarket. The staff are usually over worked and it shows. 1 Christmas at 11 am they had 3 checkouts going so you can imagine the chaos. I don't blam the staff . It is the powers that be that don't roster enough staff. I travel out of Healesville to shop now ,I don't want to give them my money

The staff are so friendly which is the most important thing. I always being overcharged from there and I always go back with my receipt and I get the item for free and my money back so make sure you check your receipt when you shop there. The supervisor who handled this were so good as well. I go there everyday and I love it when they overcharge me so that way I get the item free and my money back lol....
The $15 I show was my money I got back and the cake free....
