Small coles and parking not too good didnt have some things we wanted and fruit n veg dept was terrible the goods were not up to scratch and some stuff just left on the ground. The deli was a bit better but the waiting was ridiculous.Dont think I would go back in a hurry.

The staff are relatively friendly but the thing that was most upsetting was that two teenage boys came into the store and started to throw things off the shelves without being told to stop. They then walked out of the shop without any such consequence. What is also upsetting is watching sixteen year olds purchase alcohol and cigarettes without being asked for I.D which should be a requirement.

Quick service and has improved since they have reopened, service is much better than competitor Safeway although they are closer to me. Will recommend other shoppers to shop at Coles Supermarkets.

Coles at Preston have a great shopping experience as its bigger and cleaner than most other stores. They have more specials on weekend as compared to other coles.

my experience is good, they always have what i need and want and are always customer friendly. they are my number one choice for groceries shopping. great specials and offers.

we do most of our shopping at our local coles supermarket. the two things we do not buy there are produce and meat, as they are too expensive at coles. we shop there when we see specific specials.
