I was in a accident a few years ago and Tony and his team were very helpful throughout the whole ordeal. You don't get customer service like that anymore... Their quality of work is also at such a high level and is unbeatable!
I have recently relocated further west but have no issue in travelling that little bit further due to their amazing service and care.

From the first point of call the staff at Cleveland Street were professional and supportive. I was offered a car whilst my car was being repaired. Nothing was an inconvenience. My car was taken to Cleveland Street Smash Repairs on a tow truck. I am insured with a well known insurance company that did advise me on the phone that Cleveland Street Smash Repairs was not one of there repairers and they will take no responsibility or warranty the repairs on my vehicle. I left my car there since it had already been towed there. I asked for a price to fix some other damage on the car and they quoted me $3,000 I decided not to get it done at the time. I got my car back six weeks later and I had a few complaints I contacted Cleveland Street Smash Repairs and spoke to the management staff who talked over the top of me and did not believe my complaint was valid and asked me to take my car back so they could look at it. I went in the next day and they denied that the complaints I had were anything to do with them, the management staff was aggressive and stood over me.They refused to fix the problems so I called the insurance company and because I went to a repairer they don't recommend the wiped their hands of it. I am now waiting for the Motor Vehicle Repair Industry Council to call me back. I went to another repairer for a quote on the other damage and their price was $600 that's a big difference from $3000!!!!!! They give all smash repairers a bad name.
