Had to get my carpet cleanded last friday as i did spill nail polish on the carpet and needed it cleaned so the came around 3 in the afternoon and he cleaned it i believe i got andrew he was really good smart new what he was talkkng about and did the job propely

We had a confirmed appointment with them. Then they called up to change the date and time, for 3 times. They had all sorts of excuses from contractor sickness to machine breakdown.

Everytime we re-arrange the appointment we have to move all personal stuff and small furniture off-ground (so they can clean the carpet), but to realise that they want to change the date/time again. After 3 changes we gave up and look for another cleaner.

We should have checked this web site earlier so we didn't have to waste our time. They quote might seem cheap but DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

washed my house and missed a lot of areas, very unproffessional buisness, they are actually based in caboolture, not beeenleigh, i am also missing some hose fittings. they used MY WATER and not there own as advertised????

They arrived at my neighbours house and Turned up late, the quote doubled in price, i said I thought it was too dear, my carpets are only 2yrs old! And hardly any carpet to clean in bedrooms or living area. He stormed out and told me to get someone else to do the job!!

Often have my carpet cleaned (I always ask for Pete)... always great service and very efficient. Never had a problem. Price has always been fair for the great work they do.

I had a bond clean done...very badly..they had to return as benches and cupboards were still dirty and the floors were not moppped and swept. They turned up an hour and a half late...no apology..i was waiting with a two year old and a very hungry newborn! I was quoted $410 then they ring me back at 4pm the day before ( too late to cancel and book someone else ) and add an extra 65 dollars to the quote...I thought a quote was a quote!!!

I hired this company to clean my house for me. I was shocked at the dismal state of my house when I saw it. Things they had said they had cleaned, were not cleaned at all. Things that were cleaned were done in a very 'slap-dash' manner. Some windows were worse than when I left the house. The screens were still dirty, window/door tracks had not been touched, door frames, walls, doors had not been touched. The carpets are still dirty, and out of $1000 they expected me to pay extra for a more thorough carpet clean. I contacted them and discussed how appalled I was, and they wouldn't do anything about it. I am absolutely disgusted by this company. For $1000 you would expect attention to detail. All I got was a kick in the guts. Somewhat lucky I only paid them $500 to begin with, but I am still at a definite loss, as mostly everything has to be done again. I would definitely NOT recommend these people to anyone. I also discovered when I got home that the toilet flush was broken, and they wouldn't do anything about it. I took two days off work to get some of the cleaning finished myself. - disgusted

We had the house washed externally. I have used them a couple of times now for external house washing and will continue to use Clean 01 Cleaning Services. They are professional, very competitive in terms of pricing and turn up on time. I have no problems recommending them and have recommended them to my friends.

House clean but not an end of lease clean. 2 ladies cleaning my small house (bathroom, kitchen/living room and 1 bedroom) for 90 minutes at a cost of $145. When I got home I had to ring up the company and ask what exactly they had spent that time doing. In the bathroom the bath, sink and loo had been cleaned but there were still dust bunnies on the floor so it hadn't been mopped. In the kitchen the sink was clean and the oven had been cleaned (leaving white cleaning fluid run marks between the glass in the oven door which is going to be great to explain at the end of our lease) but that was all that i could tell had been done and it doesn't take me that long to do those things by myself. Office person just kept repeating robot-like 'we dont guarantee what is cleaned' when my question was WHAT had been cleaned!!! Asked for the manager to call me back as she had gone home - over a week later and still waiting for that call. So pretty poor customer service too :-( Shame on you Clean01
