We did a lot of planning for our new house that was to suit us as we age. no fussy drapes and pelmets, no dusty venetians just motorised Holland blinds for ease of operation. They look terrific in soft pastel grey. We were so impressed with our service from Clarks Blinds & Screens we called on them again to install our outside blinds. Highly recommend them to others.

At first the company was promising as they were keen and eager to come out quickly and did a thorough measure of the house.
We needed a whole house done with curtains, you can imagine what great business that would be for a company.
Nevertheless, after the initial measure, a few weeks had passed and no quote was sent.
I rang the office and a young lady answered and told me that they were waiting for a quote from a third party for curtains, that's fair enough but let the customer know. A further week had passed and still no contact, eventually after another phone call I received a quote, that was very pricey.
Called up and tried to change the requirements to see if I could save some money, and was told by the same disgruntled young lady that the whole house will need to be remeasured, never received a follow up phone-call for the remeasure either.
All I wanted was a rough estimate.
In summary: An unfriendly receptionist and a company that seems not to keen to win your business, there are many other options in the area.

After much research regarding price and quality, I ended up ordering all our window flyscreens and security doors through this company (after my dad recommended them). I was happy with their price (not the cheapest but definitely not the dearest), and it was a straight-forward process of ordering what I wanted. The man came and measured up and then came back a few weeks later to install. We even almost got an expensive triple stacking security door for the price of a cheap one, but they later realised their mistake and ended up invoicing me the difference approx. 1 week later (duh!) That was approx. 2 1/2 years ago now and the quality of the screens and doors is great. Haven't had any problems with any of them. Would order through them again.

Supply and installation of external sun blinds for our new home at Cardinia Waters retirement village. The quality and price of the blinds was fine, however the ordering and supply was horrendous. First the original order was lost in their system, then after re submitting the order, a delay of 2 weeks more was acceptable, but again the install did not happen. Each time I had to call Clarks to find out what was going on ( a bit of pro active follow up from Clarks would have been good). Finally a revised install date was agreed, but again no show by the installers. Again a phone call to Clarks needed before an assurance that the installers were on their way. Finally today, the blinds were installed Hooray.... Such a pity that their customer service is so poor...

After having real trouble with another blinds company we were put onto Clarkes by a close friend. We had them do all our fly screens and kitchen blinds. The service was fantastic and done both professionally and promptly. No obligation free quote and their after sales care is fantastic. Could not fault them at all.

I had a set of slimlines made for the bedroom and was extremely impressed with their service, no obligation free measure and quote and no extra for installation and their already cheaper prices make them fantastic. Friendly staff, very down to earth, Im ordering some more venetians for the house & i got a discount even though i havent put in a big order ( just 2 windows )

Honestly Didn't end up using this company to do my blinds. However i am basing this evaluation on my quote and the service throughout the quoting process. They came to me at home which is great. felt the sales guy was a little un professional, and not negotiable on the price what so ever. told me that the price was rock bottom and only just above cost price. however i got the exact same product cheaper elsewhere and what i felt was better servce,
