Just tried to return a pair of shoes I bought on line as they were too big. Went to the Charlestown Store to be told my receipt of purchase wasn't good enough and they would only give me an exchange on an item I had to purchase THAT DAY. There was nothing that I really liked but was told if I didn't get something else the time period I had to return items in would run out. Ended up buying a bra I didn't want so I could take it back because that gave me another 30 days in which to return the bra. They refused to give me an in store credit note either. This is a store I usually shop at very disappointed & staff were really rude.

city chic is a great clothing shop i shop here for my work cloths like the black dress i last got here and than nice pants, would defiantly shop here again.
