Most of my reviews are very good so it is difficult to write this one. Chubb have mucked us around so much and we have been tied into a contract with them for three long years. Our alarm started to continually call back to base so we ended up getting a nearly three hundred dollar bill from Telstra but Chubb would not admit it was because they had not done promised maintenance ( which was prepaid for in the contract). If your alarm battery needs changing they send out a contractor who will charge you another two hundred dollars to change the battery. Consequently we did it ourselves for thirty dollars the following time and they made it very difficult for us by not turning off the alarm. finally a nice staff member helped us, they could have just turned it off but pretended that they could not so we would give in and get their expensive contractor. These stories are only a tiny part of the problems we have had with this company. We have had no other problems with any other company we deal with for anything. Definitely do not get your house alarm with this company.
