The staff at the reception are rude, arrogant, and inefficient in their dealings with patients. Even when they mess up appointment bookings, they are unapologetic about it and expect the patient to come back again. I have never seen such unfriendly reception staff in any service business. The staff don't realize that if there were no patients, these clerical level employees with minimal skills would not have a job. Very disappointed in my dealings with them. I am going elsewhere.

This is an individual review for Dr Riaan Jeffrey he is an exceptional Doctor for children, it takes a week to get in as he is so popular but he is worth the wait. He will sit and listen and never rush you out. He is thorough in his investigation and will never just give you scripts for the sake of it.
