The service was rude - I don't think the two girls in there said more than 10 words to me through the whole time I was there. The girl who did my hair was rough (to the point of bringing tears to the eyes) and didn't ask what style I wanted or whether I was happy with the cut. I will never be going back to this salon and will be telling everyone I know to avoid it.

I did have to wait about 15minutes past my appointment time before they started but i was happy with the end result. the head massage was the best
